I'm not exactly sure what you are calling the face. When looking at the "claw", its almost gone. With the bolt out of the action, using a cartridge, it barely holds it and its pretty easy to get it to slip off the claw. Just looks really worn out to me. This is above my skill level. I'm not really sure what holds it in the bolt. Its bad now, I don't want to make it worse.Have you tried cutting the face of it slightly positive? That fixes most of them.
The angles in the drawings are exaggerated. But many if not most extractors have a slightly negative angle which is exaggerated by typical wear at the tip. The angle changed to ever so slightly positive with a clean face (the part that grabs the front of the rim) usually fixes these. This is somewhat delicate work. If your not comfortable let someone do it that has experience in that area especially with a hard to get part.I'm not exactly sure what you are calling the face. The part in your drawing labeled sharp, is almost gone on mine. Before my shop closed down, I had a young guy that was a wizard with a tig machine. He probably could have built it back up and reground it to work. Those days are gone though so I'm at the mercy of the internet. I really appreciate all the advice given and my search continues. The angles in the drawings are exaggerated. There are some really great laser welders out there. They can do some incredible things. The part in your drawing labeled sharp, is almost gone on mine. I sent them an email. We shall see what they say. ThanksI'd suggest registering and joining this Sako forum. The various actions are segmented into discussion groups and there is a pretty good Buy/Sell section, as well.

Sako Collectors Club is a discussion forum about Sako rifles, firearms and more. To join us just visit http://www.sakocollectors.com/forumsakocollectors.com
I'd also give AccuFlite a call. They are big in the Sako world and at one time had a pretty good inventory of parts. You won't find much of this on their web page...give them a call.
