Just read an article on Fox news that used this terminology:

"Weapons that could hurt anybody, especially children, from far away, with precision... That is just so incredibly disturbing."

THAT is a warped description of the rifles WE use if I've ever heard one. If they are starting to use that terminology, it's going to start showing up as an evil gun before long that needs to regulated. Mark my words. It's coming.

The reality is: All projectile firing weapons can hurt children. So that language is too broad for and sort of ban. And the irony in her statement was that all the weapons pictured are scatter guns. Literally one of the shortest range weapons we appreciate. I swear they get dumber and dumber by the minute. Remember, these are the people who cannot identify a woman and think men can birth a child... stupid is as stupid does..

I've also noticed that they're starting to report WAAAAYYY more shootings than used to make the news. Essentially turning gun deaths into even more of an epidemic than it already is. I think they are going for world wide gun hate.

Think about it. PR is an excise tax on firearms and ammo. PR dollars pay for wildlife conservation and other things. Without firearms and ammo how would the Government fund wildlife conservation. So if you want to attack the Second Amendment you are going to have something in place to pay for wildlife conservation.

Here are some fact about the Wildlife Restoration Program (Pittman Robertson Act):

• 10-11% Tax: Funding comes from a tax on sporting arms, ammo, pistols, revolvers, and archery equipment.
• Since 1937, the program as invested more than $13 billion in wildlife restoration in the US
• Today, the excise tax generates over $600 million annually
• By federal law, these dollars can only be used to enhance hunting and recreational shooting.

Yes you read that right, these funds also go towards RECREATIONAL SHOOTING. That means shooting ranges receive these funds. The Wildlife Restoration Program is the most successful user pays system that has stood the test of time.

This new bill would put a much small cap on the funds available for wildlife conservation and recreational shooting.

I would highly recommend that everyone contact their representative and express your concern on this bill.

The number one "problem" (thank GOD) is our 2A. We are NOT like any other country on earth no matter how much the communist democrats want us to be. WE, the USA are nothing like any other country. Statistics from other countries do not work here.

What would the country think if ALL of the Constitution was treated like they are treating the 2A? There would be hell to pay. Yet the Democrats are constantly eroding the 2A at every chance they get.

The ONLY amendment with the words "shall not be infringed" is the one that is the MOST infringed upon. As soon as it falls...........the rest will go in very short order.

California Governor Gavin Newsom has signed a bill that will allow individuals, local governments and state attorney general to sue gun manufactures over crimes that are committed with their weapons.

Unconstitutional ? Yes, ...................... however that will not stop them from trying. If it doesn't stick, they will try another avenue and another until they are successful. Unconstitutional has no meaning to/for them, as the end justifies the means.

IMO ... those that are blowing this off as smoke, should reconsider.

The loss of PR funding would be considered collateral damage as long as they get their gun bans. If the peta people or tree huggers complain they’ll get the money somewhere else. Maybe print some more!
