John Carper asked me that and I looked again and ain't no smear or anything on it. Target sure looks different than the photo.

My barreled action, 1913, came from Jon Hammond. Jon is the West Virginia Univ. rifle coach. The receiver and barrel were hand picked for Jon at the Anschutz factory for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Jon is a Scot and shot the Olympics on the UK team. He put the rifle up after the Games. I was talking to Jon about wanting to build a club BR RF rifle. He offered it to me for a very very low price. It now has a Terry Leonard BR stock, trigger made into a single stage 1.5oz Harrell's tuner and a "Limp Noodle" bloop tube.
