I’ll have a limited number of Vanes, maybe as many as 6... (no risers or tripods yet) available by Tuesday night... two of which are already spoken for.

The lower riser base is the issue, I’m getting them to send me the ones they have and fill the back order later ... not really clear how many they had to send, but I’ll know tomorrow.

Doesn't the Weatherflow Weathermeter rely on the compass in your phone for directional information? If so I really don't see how this could be used with Strelok Pro etc.

This is interesting and I've thought of 3D printing a mount for one of my wind flags just for fun. Without the ability to provide directional info to a ballistics app it seems like it'll be a bit limited

Your phone isn't going to give you peak wind speed unless the WeatherFlow is facing into the wind - on a weather vane.

F Legacy (blue) WEATHERmeter does not have an internal compass, you have to tell Strelok to use the phone's compass and keep the phone pointed into the wind.

The (brown) WF WEATHERmeter for Precision Shooters has a built-in compass. Once your pointed the WMFPS at the target and set azimuth in Strelok, the WMFPS needs to be pointed into the wind manually or using a weather vane. Make sure before you begin to CALIBRATE the WMFPS. When setting the azimuth in Strelok, make sure the WMFPS's blades are spinning.
