Anybody got any cool non shooting habits?

Man ! We R A bunch. Lots of cool stuff in this thread. Thanks to all. Planes, Murdercycles Fast Cars, Fattening food n Knifes. Plenty of other exotic stuff in here. I'd like you all to remember my WW II fighter pilot buddy's comment..[he had plenty] Mr Clifford Stockwell RIP. This applies to all of us in many disciplines. Boy, there are old pilots and there are bold pilots. There are NO OLD BOLD PILOTS !

Super 88 was a big step up from the F-20. 3 years ago I was at an auction and bought a 88 diesel was in fairly good shape not running for $250. I did not have my trailer that day so I hired the load out man to haul it home for me. He was to be at my place next morning. Later that afternoon he called me and I could tell something was wrong as he was all choked up and kept repeating "I don"t know what to say" He finally told me he flipped the tractor over the side of his trailer during loading. Sent me a photo of it laying there upside down with all the tinwork smashed to crap. He paid me for it and we are still friends. You win some and lose some!

I’m late to the game on this. Being in Alaska for the last 10 years, along with hunting and fishing I like to ATV when I can. The wife and I bought an RV in September, so now we will be glamping a lot. I’m fine with a tent, the wife says no way. The last few years my fishing and hunting, and AT I got have been very limited. I see that changing this summer. I also garden and we added a green house last year.

bummer - my brother still has the 88 (on propane) it was a row crop and some of the kids were plowing over terraces and the plow caught some really tight ground causing the front end to lift significantly so they pushed in the clutch. the extra angle down the terrace caused the fall to be extremely hard and cracked the cast iron frame right behind the engine dad welded a patch but it eventually cracked so it was parked years ago and wasting away

Ive been racing motorcycles since i was a very young lad so off road riding is a hobby i have had since my first 1978 honda i still have. Heres a toy i just built for poker runs just for showing out a bit. My brother has a 350x and i replaced my overbore 250r with this. Had to sacrifice one of my mx bikes for it but it sure is a lot of fun.

Nice! I had to zoom in to read it and license plates caught my eye. What part of Arkansas are you in? I’m from C. AR originally.

Plowed many a field with regular. F-20 and 10-20. love to mold board 2-12's would be all you can pull with those in our tight soil. takes a while to knock out 360 acres!!!!
was in tall cotton when we got an Oliver super 88!!!!

Our "big" tractor when I was a youngster on the dairy farm was an Oliver Super 88 wide front end. It had a straight pipe and dad put a wire on the governor arm to over rev the engine. Probably part of the reason I can't hear well. Then again firing that short barrel 243 from inside the two car attached garage probably had more to do with it!!

Forgive my poor comprehension, but I thought the title said habits not hobbies.
A fine cigar with some good sippin whiskey are a couple of my habits.
A good nose picking is a close 2nd.16421205146444715254017115061689.jpg
