How to back up this scope

On my rem. 788 in 22-250 my scope is to far front and i have to always push my head forward to see good in it. Also change my ring to lower my scope since i also have to lift my head up.

I see it have avalable a picatiny rail for my 788 but dont know how far i can back my scope with it.

Any solutions ?

I'd do a pic rail and low rings and probably add a cheek piece like a Karsten's unit so you can get a cheek weld (assuming your head is human sized and normally proportioned and you don't need that much scope height).

What is the application for this scope and rifle? Prone? Sitting ? Standing?

The scope looks backed up already. And the mount looks high but again it depends on what position you are shooting.

Is the stock a normal length, ~12 inches?

I stop by a local dealer to pick up a Weaver dual extension rings instead of ordering from amazon.

If dont work will go with a rail and new rings, i sée on the internet a base with the 2 rings as a 1 piece .

I agree that it looks about right to me but as has been mentioned, extension rings will allow you to move it further back.
There are both, extension rings and extended bases. You'll just need to do a little research for yourself and decide what will work best for you.

The ring dont have an anti slip like my other ring.

I have some anti slip shelf liner, is it a good Idea to put some between the ring and the scope ?
