My barrel is an 8.5-8 Bartlein gain twist. I started using Alpha 6BRA brass, 205M primer.
29grs RL15 heavy bolt lift.
28.5 is running 3550fps, Id say this is max in my setup.

I've tried AR Comp, VV150, VV160.

31grs of VV550 is giving me 3650fps with low extreme spreads and good accuracy.

Tried some RL 16 as well and could not get it to shoot before I got close to max loads with it.

Have some VV555 to try as well. Echoing the desire to try RL15.5.

I use mine for 600yd BR.
A little ground hog patrol, and Deer crop damage control..
What every you want to do with this case, it’s flexible, load it like a 20 Br.. or 20 Dasher… it’ll deliver..

I tried Rl 16, IMR 4350, H4350, IMR 4320, V140,135, 8208 ( kinda like that one), AA 2520

Try some H4895 it may wake it up.
So far RL15 is my go to, RL16 was to slow couldnt get it to go anywhere.
I'm running a 3G 9tw in a 28" tube, 3750 is were it really wants to shoot.

I have H4895 and 8208. AR Comp is very close in burn rate to both of those and with AR Comp I saw pressure at 27.5grs. My barrel is a 5R. Ill be fine with 3650, low ES and groups like...

Its one BAAADA$$ Long range 20 cal.with 55's

For simplicity with 32-40 gr bullets a zero freebore .232nk. 20 Prac makes sense.

20 Calibers are my Favorite! Ive enjoyed every one from a 20 Vartarg to a 20 BR.

My 20BR with Berger 55grw/30.5gr Varget would produce 3719 fps out of 27" PacNor
