Need Help on a Swarovski Z6 3-18x50 BT Plex rifle scope

Need some help...
I have the Swarovski Z6 3-18x50 BT Plex rifle scope
Went on Swarovski ballistic chart and imputed the load I'm using.
Zero at 200 yards.
Want to set the turret up for 400, 500 & 600 yds. (Since it only drops 6" from 200 to 300 I don't want to set the turret at 300.)
Per chart attached.
13 clicks for 400 yards
20 more clicks for 500 yards
28 more clicks for 600 yards. (Problem is I run out of clicks?) It stops at 20 so I'm 8 clicks short for 600 yards. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks

I had a quick look at the Swaro website - quite unhelpful - but it looks to confirm your problem. In common with many Euro scopes, it doesn't have sufficient elevation. So.. you will need to fit a say, 20 MoA rail. You probably only need a 10 MoA, but best of luck there. Perhaps Burris Signature rings would do the job. I do suggest that you zero a 300 and hold down when necc.

I go with Burris XTR Sig. rings and, usually, a 20MOA base. That enables me to make sure the elevation turret is just a few moa off the bottom when zeroed at 100 yds. You have over 64 moa of adjustment, which is plenty if you mount it correctly, because you probably do not need more than 12-14 moa to get from 100 to 600.

I'd go with a 20 MOA base.
The Swarovski scopes are not cheap, and are of excellent quality.
You just need some more elevation.

I would put an EGW one piece 20 MOA base on, and be done with it.
Inexpensive fix.

I like your idea but may need some help. What's the difference between MOA and standard?
Thanks

My advice is scrap the BT system and get an aftermarket MOA-labelled cap. Or if you're really settled on a particular load, get a cap labelled in yds. The BT concept is crude compared to either of these.

My gunsmith buddy just got one (made in NZ) for his Z6 and it's mint, far more useable and readable than the factory system. I just run an MOA-labelled cap on my two Z5s. On my .280AI hunting rig, it's zeroed at 200yds and the 13.25 available minutes gets you out to about 725yds which is enough for this boy.

It's not the markings on the outside of the turrets that is the problem.
It is the lack of internal adjustment.

You can label it in Klingon units if you want, the internals only let you go so far.

Standard would more than likely be zero MOA.
A 20 MOA base is tilted down at the front. From where you are sighted in, turn your elevation down 20 MOA. Then you can use that 20 MOA of up elevation in your scope. Allowing you to shoot further.
