New to forum recovering Hoarder

Hi guys new to this forum but a long time hand loader. I have amassed a large supply of reloading bullets ( around 450 boxes NOS from 224 to 458) and am going to sell all of it off in the near future. I reload for a few calibers and am thinning down all of the stuff that I am never going to need also lots of NOS powder. Looking forward to reading some of the posts on here to hopefully improve some of my loads and improve on my shooting as I near retirement.

Welcome, What are you going to shoot? Knew a F Class Shooter that passed last year came down to Southern Indiana to compete.

I am a 28 year Trooper and load and shoot mainly for hunting. 35 Rem, 243 and 6.5 Creedmoor. I also have an addiction to small bore muzzle loaders but that is a whole other story. I have went through many guns over the years and the three mentioned above cover all of my needs. I just built a small range and am looking forward to spending more time there as I get towards the end of my career and have more time on my hands. As far "I am new here and have stuff to sell" not my reason for being here as I have plenty of room for storage and don't need the cash from selling it. Appreciate all the responses and like the way the forum is set up. Lots of good information to take in.

Welcome to the forum from Tennessee

You’re very welcome to be here. I consider this forum to be the best, most informative forum on the net. It is also one of the most civil bunch of guys around, mostly because the Boss keeps a tight reign on things. Kudos for his hard work. We are, however, mostly a bunch of older guys. You may occasionally read “Get off my lawn!” or “Darn kids”. “Kids” being any one under 50.
The great thing is the level of experience held by many here. You’ll get some good advice on your questions!

First, Welcome. Second, God bless you for your service to the good people of Indiana.
Third, "don't need the cash", will be taken care of shortly if you hang around. Someone always has the coolest new wildcat, or the best implementation of .17, .20, .22, .25, 6mm, ... (you get the idea). Then check out Bc'z beautiful stock finishing. And since you hunt, there's prairie dogs, ground hogs, coyote, elk, deer, bear, African big game, ... So don't worry, your cash flow will really start to flow, unless like me you have a budget to live with.

^^^^ What they said!
Appreciate your service, even though i'm in PA.
Most of my shooting is geared towards hunting.
Started going to a few matches last year.
Now i'm building a rifle specifically to shoot matches.
Seems sometimes that the hardest thing to get through to someone that is retired & shoots matches is that we do have limited time & a budget... ;)
