Rep. Bob Wharff (R) and a coalition of 22 Republicans introduced House Bill 116 (HB116) on March 3. Under the old law, Wyoming residents could carry a concealed firearm without a permit. HB116 expands permitless carry by removing the residency requirement and allowing any person legally allowed to possess a firearm to carry it concealed in the state.

On April 1, the Senate passed HB116 by a 27-3 vote. The House previously approved the measure 56-4. With Gordon’s signature on April 6, the law went into effect July 1.

Our Colorado Governor just recently signed a bill that once again allows local entities to adopt their own laws wrt firearms as long as they are not "less restrictive" than state law.

Went to Town, Gas Station ,Restaurant's sat next to High Way Patrol . Never a word.
Then time where different then.

Good for Wyoming!

We are allowed to open carry in PA also. Shall issue concealed carry.

Only time i've had trouble with open carry was standing in line at local Sheetz (popular convienence store here). Of course it was the location by our Penn State college campus.
A 20 something girl suddenly shouts out. "HE'S GOT A GUN!!!"

I instinctively reach and have my hand on the grip, ready to pull, and see the girl standing there pointing at me.

Taking a calming breath, i politely told her not to worry, and it is perfectly legal to carry a firearm this way. I asked the clerks if they had an issue, they all responded no.

I paid for my purchase & left.

I live in Commiefornia but fortunately in one of the most conservative counties in the state, Siskiyou ! Just under the Oregon border. I have a California CCW permit and an Oregon CCW and a Utah CCW permit. I'm good in 43 states. So there ya go
