2021 IBS 1K Nationals

The 2021 1K Nationals have been moved to the Deep Creek Range in Missoula Montana. The dates are as follows; August 12 and 13 will be Sight In Days. August 14 and 15 will be the Match Days. August 16 will be a Rain Day if necessary. We regret the inconvenience of the change of location but feel it is necessary to provide the best experience for an event as important as our National Tournament. Further Information and Registration forms will be available soon on the IBS website as well as this forum. I wanted to get this information out as soon as possible to help our members wanting to participate the opportunity to make arrangements.

Stone Creek Lodge by the airport is nice and surprisingly quiet.

As far as lodging you will want to search early due in part to a guns and roses concert 8/13.

Y'all just bring a tent and cooler, make camp at the range

Not that I know of. Its just normal for Missoula to be busy this time of year so dont delay booking a room. Reserve st. is probably the shortest drive to the range. Some are also renting houses with vrbo, @rhovee can explain how that works.

It’s a record busy summer in Montana. Look for motels Now. Lots of them booked . If can’t find one in Missoula there’s some in Superior that will be easier to book. 55 miles of interstate, so about a hour drive to the range . Also , outdoorsy.com has campers, RV”s for rent. Find some local and you might be able to get them delivered to the range. Hamilton is another option, but a slower drive. I’ve been checking all the options I can find and will help out any way I can. I can book a lot of people in Toms camper if it comes to that !!!!
