I think that Expiper left out a lot of "How To" on the image he projected, and it is not as simple as putting on your socks in the morning!
.20 caliber (realistically .223 because the mirror won't fit in .20 caliber) to .50 caliber depending on the mirror end used. Get the accessory mirror assortment to cover most calibers. Can you please tell me the caliber limit of this borescope. I see there is a 8mm, and a 5.5mm. Thanks.
From my Teslong straight out of my phone, no massaging or running through any editing program or any other magic tricks. Simple and easy. For those that are not techno-geeks on the computer with imaging soft ware, don't expect images like you see above, they are a bait and switch gimmick like no other I have ever seen!
After reading the OP's question I searched this forum using "teslong" and got 7 pages back??? My guess is that the OP did not, from his question. There is nothing wrong with asking a question about a subject that may have been discussed many times, if you have a different or unique need. But do your research first.
Try the mirror with the red band on it. I believe it is 30 degrees if I remember right. It really helps distribute the light and helps avoid both the dark spots and the glare.I got the flexible Teslong 1st & had trouble reliably getting clear focused images. I know there is adjustment but the flexibility allowed the focus to change with the slightest movement & was hard to control. The rigid Teslong works much better for me.
The biggest complaint is the dimmer doesn't dim enough to get rid of the dazzle. It just about gets to a good place & goes dark. Both units did this. See last picture for an example of this.
