Grizzly 200 series tool post oversized

My Grizzly G0824 lathe came with a quick change tool post that only the Grizzly 250-201 series tool holder will fit as the inside of the dovetail ears are cut oversized. Anyone else ever find another tool holder that fits? The Shar tool (cut the drawing correctly) will not fit. Too tight.

I told Grizzly I was not happy at all about this...

I use the precision matthews holders on my 750G without issue. Conveniently,
they’re also about as cheap as you can find them.

I just bought (3) 3/4 inch. I will see if they fit!!!

I feel your pain. Bought a wedge style tool post a while back only to find out almost none of my existing holders would fit. I wasn't expecting perfection from a CHN product but what I got was absolutely worthless.

Along the same lines, I bought an Enco quick change set up many years ago and would like a couple of more holders. Is there anything out there that fits the Enco post?

I have the same Lathe and had the same issue. I picked up some aloris tool holders and couldn’t use’em.
I found a good deal on a new Aloris tool post. Problem solved.
