ANNEALEEZ

Anyone know how to get ahold of someone at Annealeez? Placed an order on 1/1/21 for their machine, they took my money but I cant get any information on my order! Have sent 3 emails with no response. Thanks

Don't think there is any negative issue involved , other than probably trying to catch up and fill back orders , or just meet current demand . I know I waited three or four weeks to hear anything from them after I ordered my unit several years ago . Like @Nature Boy said , e-mail should work . They had a 3 -4 week wait when the unit wasn't "popular" , and now it has become accepted in the community , everybody wants theirs ......Yesterday . :D

Based on the shipping time of my unit, I would guess yours should ship this week sometime. Just a guess though.

Just tap or pull out one of the bottom cases and it should fall into place. I have a homemade machine similar to this and I get the same bridging.

It will jam back up, in 2 or 3 more iterations. I want a fix that let's me focus my attention elsewhere and not have to babysit the machine.

My last resort is to close off all of the hopper arch except for the far left and far positions, so it all has to funnel through those 2 slots.

I apply a little finger pressure to the stack of brass above the wheel; that's usually enough to get one to fall into the wheel cutout. After that it's a crapshoot if the next one hangs up or not until the stack diminishes a bit. I find that not allowing the stack on the left side to get too high helps (i.e. don't pile brass into the hopper too much.)

I don't know if your hopper is welded or screwed on, but if you can widen the hopper a tad or raise the feeder wheel higher into the hopper.

I understand that you paid good dollars and you want it to work flawlessly, but for now it may be a "Fix" until they widen the hopper or raise the wheel higher into the hopper.

It's welded.

My plan is to play around with adding shims to the far left edge, or to block off part of the arch. I initially asked CS if they had anything because they may have a pre-bent part to fix this ... and all I'd need to do is rivet it on.

I've been thinking on mine I'll move the ramp or increase the angle on the left side so all the cartridges stay on the up hill side of the wheel, I've yet to do this so I don't know if that's a fix or not. For the time being I just don't load it as heavy. Not much of an answer, sorry, but it's all I got.

Another thing to keep in mind. They aren’t a big corporation. I don’t know how many folks are working there but it has a very mom and pop (and maybe a son) feel to it. It may take a little bit but they have always come through for me

Everyone in the industry is tryin to
Play catch up.. its a crazy demand for everything shooting related these days. They
Will come through for you, just give them some time as others have said its s small operation.
