Yep. I had the exact same problem yesterday. One of the set hex screws had fallen out and the other was loose. Darn thing would run and the wheel ran in spurts. Tightened the loose one, reset the lost one and all is well again. Thinking blue loctite.Another problem occurred after a few thousand...both wheels turned erratically or not at all. The motor's shaft is connected to the upper wheels shaft with a tubular connector gripping each shaft via a hex screw...they had worked loose.

I looked everywhere and couldn't find a phone number to call.The owner is a great guy, and very good to talk to. You should call him up and ask questions. Customer service is as good as it gets (was for me), and he stands behind his product.
