Wife bought me one for Christmas, she says it took 6 days to ship and 3 more days to arrive.

Ordered Christmas day and the order status still says processing, IIRC, there was a note on the site about a 3-4 week turnaround. Hopefully I'll get a tracking number next week sometime. Will update if I do.

Two days between small wheel kit ordered and shipped a couple of months back. backed up from the holidays maybe? Everyone seem to be running behind. MDT just shipped my magazines that I ordered on black Friday. I am still waiting on .22 ammo from Creedmoor and Berger 105's from Midway. No worries, it is the new normal it seems

All I can offer you is...stand fast. I'm relatively certain your order is in processing. Many are catching up on back orders. Bruno Shooter Supply's website is completely shut down, temporarily, to concentrate on their extreme high order volume. I have an Annealeez. It's worth the wait.

It’s a small, family owned outfit....it took a couple of weeks or so for mine to ship...it arrived 2 days later via USPS Priority mail. You also can post on FB...Jeff Buck seems to monitor that also.

Great machine and in my experience, good people...a little patience is in order.

Think it was a four or five week wait when I got mine about a year and a half ago . Good machine . Follow the set-up instructions , and double check the alignment on your torch head before you light it off . Don't want to burn one of those wheels . Be patient . It will get there .

Small businesses can fall behind pretty easy, it's always a balance of not enough and too much work. I just spent 2 weeks in the hospital and 4 weeks out of the shop, my guys kept parts rolling out but there are a lot of things they can't do that are on myself. All I can do is ask for my customers patience as I catch back up as tomorrow is my first day back in the shop, it took me all week to catch up on emails and messages.

This is a small company. When I bought mine last year it took several weeks to arrive. It may be a one man operation. I bet that a lot of them were ordered around Christmas time, causing a backlog of orders.

Received a shipping email this morning. Including the holidays, 24 days which is right in line with what the website said. I’m always impressed when a small business has a backlog and can accurately predict the wait. I find this to be pretty rare.
