Hunting blind seat for small kid

My daughter wants to deer hunt next year, and is deathly afraid or heights so I think i will sit with her in a blind, which i have not hunted deer from a blind before, but i have used them for turkeys.
She will be 10 but is very tiny for her age so shooting offhand aint going to happen... does anyone have a suggestion for a rest and chair of some sort?

Rest = Bog Pod with the Death Grip head.

Seat = Blackout Swivel Tripod Chair

the Bog Pod will hold the rifle steady for a good shot. The Blackout chair is height adjustable.

same thing with my 2 boys---my oldest won a caldwell deadshot fieldpod at the nra banquet--it works great!! they have killed many using it---even works with crossbow. we have tried several chairs but a simple plastic milk crate is what they both like best--they sit with corner between legs. good luck! marc

I have hunted out of ground blinds quite a bit. Mostly with a vertical bow. Due to being a old fart, I had to switch to a crossbow. I have also recently started hunting with firearms from a ground blind. What I have found out is that the windows on most commercially made ground blinds are too high to remain seated and shoot a crossbow or rifle. I use a deadshot fieldpod for shooting both the xbow and rifles. Every ground blind seat I have are too short to sit & shoot. I have to use the tallest chair I have and put a boat cushion/float on it to be able to shoot while remaining seated. You will need a TALL chair for the young lady. If you are going to do a DIY ground blind, build it to fit her. Either way, use a deadshot or bogpod tripod style rest.

The cheap blinds sag in middle of window enough if you don't tie corners down. What mike said is a problem though for sure.
