try 120's. 140's are a bit heavy. That being said I bought a Grendel precision upper and I have never been able to get it consistently below .75 using 4 or 5 different powders and 4 different bullets. Power Pro Varmint and 8208 with 123 SMKs have given me the best results with Leverevolution powder being a close thirdI have AA lapua brass, I tried 22.5 grains to 25 grains of winchester 748 in 5 grain increments, CCI BR4 primers, and topped it off with a 140 grain berger target VLD. It did not like these loads, AT ALL!! None patterned under an INCH!!!!! I don't know what powder to try next, or what powder and bullet combo to try next, there are so many combinations! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
6.5 Grendel Forum has a excellent reloading sub forum. Guys there with some premium aftermarket barrels are post pics of consistent sub .5 groups
edit - earlier I had posted Power Pro 2000, checked my powder locker and it was Power Pro Varmint that I had played with. Apologies to all
