Scott Parker scales

I just wanted to take a minute to thank Mr. Parker. These scales are amazing. My digital scale when compared to his were averaging .3 grains off. These scales are dead on! Also as important, to quote Mr. Parker they are eerily repeatable. Best money I have spent for the reloading room in a while.

I got in contact and handled the transaction through his FB page. Single Kernel Scales. Transaction was smooth and I will probably pick up a second scale later.

I followed advice here regarding tuning tricks on my Ohaus made RCBS 10-10 and have to say Scotts suggestion was exactly on point. Resetting the small washer so that the main poise would center correctly in the notch fixed it right up. I bought the scale here on the boards and it's one of the best purchases I've ever made.

He is not very prompt at getting things out. I responded to an email four years old asking if he still sold scales on October 3. He replied within the hour and to several of my questions the same day. However, once I paid, I heard nothing from him. After eight days I sent him an email asking if the scale had been sent. A day later he replied : "Hi Kevin, it’s been some days since I’ve been to the post office. I’ll have a tracking Number for you tomorrow. Thank you for your patience." A day after that, as he said, he did send the tracking number.

Probably just need to bug him.
