Rcbs charge master 1500

Can I use a long extension cord for my RCBS chargemaster 1500?

I see no reason why not. They use very little current to run.

As an add, mine needs a very stable platform and regardless of the instructions I give it 30 minutes to warm up.

I have a fifteen foot one on mine, but make sure the cord is heavier than the one on the charge master.

At least on mine, the power converter plugs into the outlet (or your extension cord) and the only "cord" is the 9V DC wiring going to the Chargemaster.

I have 2 choices on how to route the extension cord,and it would be from 25 to 30 feet? will that still be ok?

I have a 1500. Do yourself a favor and convert to battery power. Gets rid of all the harmonics and magnetically induced demons in your house wiring.
