Help in identifying neck turning mandrels

I rec'd some neck turning expanders and mandrels recently. I haven't seen any like this before and thought someone might be able to tell me which turner uses these.

The expanders are the type that go on the decapping rod in a sizing die. The turning mandrels do not have a flat in the portion that mounts in the turner like 21'st Century and Sinclair mandrels do. And the shaft has a small step.

Thank you in advance for any help or clarity you can provide!

All this equipment is proprietary, meaning each manufacturer designs their own tools. Some these tools may function with other manufacturers tooling and others not so much. Would advise you to try them with what you have, but ideally they should be used with their parent companies' tools. Hope this helps.

They look like a guy in Wyoming made them. His name was Kinneman (sp). He retired several years ago.

I have several sets from him.
