Recently bought a TC barrel and scope here from a guy with no feedback. Went with recommended protocol and felt good about the whole deal. "A winner either way" is his screen name. No problems whatsoever. Just saying to follow good ground rules of dated pics and solid conversation,that even guys with no previous selling can be assets to the forum.

Lots of great deals on here and gotta tip my hat to the Boss for his concerns with keeping the riff raff cleared out. For folks not contributing,please do..... it's a very small price to anty up for keeping the site rolling. Heck,one good deal on the classified should cover a "silver",just sayin.... not preaching.

Every one on this site was new with no trade history at one time.
A year ago I made my first buy a seb rest and I was the nevus one. And yesterday I bought a NF comp
Every one I have had dealings with were great

I learned a lesson from John Weller when he was making slings.
When I asked him how much one costs, he said "Try it, if you like it, send me a check".
These days I will not cash a check until the buyer has inspected and accepted whatever it is. I try to ship the item as soon as the deal is made.
If we're talking about a lot of $, if I don't know the buyer, I'll wait until I have the payment, but not cash it until the item is accepted.

I also have had many outstanding experiences. Everything from a scope shipped before I mailed the check, to being invited to a deer camp!
Recently I was interested in a 10/22 barrel. I Sent a pm looking for a picture of a couple of groups. I won’t mention any names (TMWinds), but he offered to ship on his dime, let me try it, then either send payment or ship back!

Having bought a couple rifles from members here, who had offered to hold them for a couple weeks while I came up with the full amount, I cant say high enough praise for the members here! Even when selling, I've had nothing but good interactions.

Worth the price of admission!
