40xbr stock

I'm currently building a 6br in a 40xbr stock. Is this stock shape legal for any particular BR classes? I don't or have ever shot benchrest, but wouldn't mind giving it a try.

With the exception of Hunter Class (2.25" maximum fore-end width), the standard Rem. 40X BR stock is legal in all of the IBS/NBRSA classes: Light Varmint; Heavy Varmint; Unlimited. Make weight, & you are, "good to go!":) RG

Thank you. Yeah, it has a 2.5" wide fore-end that I was thinking of widening to 3" so I dont need to buy another front bag just for it. I've seen some BR shooters at the local range and just for grins and giggles might give it a go a time or two.
