Yes, I have some thoughts on Idaho also. I have travelled to 39 of our states. I am Apache/Navajo...Idaho, the only state I have been to where my family and I came face to face with outright discrimination.

We have the same problem here in Illinois.
80% of the state is rural, but controlled by the left in Chicago.
Our gun laws are some of the strongest in the country and Chicago still
has one of the highest gun deaths.

Several states, or at least some of their counties have stated they want this, even California, with the Jefferson state movement. But sad to say it will never happen in any of them, as the laws, policies and control by the Senate and Congress will never allow such. The voters are just going to have to take these fruitcakes out of offices and control, if they want to see a change in the governments.

This is one map which shows the highly populated "Blue Counties" which pretty much pass law for the rest of us to live by. They are very distant, detached, and clueless about our lifestyles, values, and needs.

We "Ruralonians" can only hope and pray that there are a substantial number of sane folks who live and vote in the blue counties; enough that we might preserve some of our "quaint" ways of life. jd
