Sightron customer service

Just wanted to throw this out there.
Bought a new Sightron scope and the sunshade
would not screw on. Looked like the beginning threads were slightly stripped.
E-mailed Sightron and they sent me out another
one right away. This one worked fine. No questions asked.
 
New SIII had black spec in the image on the periphery at 5 o'clock. Called for RMA. One week turn around, no cost. They said that it was foreign matter from manufacturing.

Don, did they send you a e-mail with tracking or anything when they got ready to send the scope back to you? The reason I asked was that I have one down there now and it’s going to take a little longer than usual for repairs, because they had to stop to get everything together for the Shot Show.

As I remember a email sent , no tracking ? They did provide a compete letter of everything they did to the scope .
 
The best customer service I think in the industry. I had same issue with sun shade not fitting. Would not go on a sightron 10-59x60 scope. Sent it back and they sent me another one. Email sent before shipping it to me. Great service. Why I own 4. Of the 10-50x60 scopes.Marty
