2 years ago I had both lines of customers and the cashier's laughing at sportsmen's warehouse, I was talking to the wife on the phone swearing I didn't get her any sporting goods this year for Christmas.
I had a cart full of stuff!!

I made these accessory handle cpl months ago out of some Cherry laying around. They've been working fantastic but are a little on the plain side.

So ordered two,1 1/2" square,X 18" long pool cue blanks off evilbay in Zebra wood for my Christmas present. Will make 1/2 dz. Gonna give the Cherry handles to one of my sons for Christmas.

Every year I got , for 30 years, my wife a new fishing lure for her Christmas stocking. It was a kind of private joke. But she was a good sport about it and would let me use it even if she didn't go with me.

I knew a guy that bought his wife a new washer/dryer for Christmas and then followed that up with a treadmill for her birthday. Keep in mind that she didn't hint or request any of it. He was confused by her response both times...

Sounds like he missed “How to not piss your wife off 101”.

My Wife and I don't really exchange gifts like we used to. I explained to all the Kids & Grandkids that Christmas Eve Dinner WILL be at our home without fail, no exceptions. Told them we were getting older and would not be around for ever (Neither would THEY if this annual OBLIGATION was not met) LOL Grandma NOW Happy. My Wife and Best Friend now cancer FREE almost 7 years PaPa Happy.

A list of No NO Wife Gifts for you younger guys

Does it have a power cord No No
Does it involve exercise No No
Does it involve cooking or cleaning No No
Does it involve yard work No No
If you go with clothes, be VERY careful Too BIG No No Too LITTLE No No

How does the old saying "If Momma ain't happy nobody is Happy" VERY True

My opinion of the perfect gift is given EVERYDAY Treat Her EVERYDAY the way you treated her to win her heart

Merry Christmas and shop carefully

Last time my wife drove my Craftsman into the back of my 6 wheeler and pushed it into my snowmobile lol. I took the key and I think she accomplished her mission.

Wow. I thought I was clever when I made sh*tty cup of coffee for my Sergeant Major. Just...wow.
