Both of "THOSE", and no issue in getting permission from those in power to dress up as either. It seems that schools are by default, a Democratic entity, sadly.

Danny, her school is 65% minority. Yes, she could have dressed up as somebody else, but that wasn't what she wanted to do. If I misunderstood the point of your post, I apologize.

That is great. It is always a good thing to give kids experiences that will prepare them for adulthood. Far too many kids, and adults even, lack the necessary perspective needed to be successful in life. Obviously her family is doing everything right.

Ava is fortunate to have good conservative parents, but is challenged by them to tell them what makes her think like she does. They want her to explain why she has an opinion. They want her to know why it is important to reason about something before making a decision.
Her father, my grandson, runs my automotive repair business and her mother is a school teacher.
