Who makes the blanks for E ARTHUR BROWN ENCORE BARREL 26 INCHES LONG. HEAVY TAPER. BLUED FINISH I believe they do the chambers and weld the lug, but am not sure. Anybody got information on these barrels?

I bought a Salvage Pre-Fit in .17 Furball 10tw and it is a shooter! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another. Unfortunately I bought a 9tw PacNor so it doesn't get shot much. Might butcher it for a Martini Cadet barrel...

I'm currently playing around with their "match chamber" .308 barrel and even thought I don't really care for blued barrels this one seems to be really good for the money.

No idea who actually makes the barrels, but I have 2, one in 308 Win. and another in .243 Win. Both are accurate enough for the purpose I use them for, ~ half to 3/4 inch groups, with good ammo. Maybe not competitive for a BR rifle, but for hunting and / or clanging steel, plenty accurate enough. Only negative I've seen with mine are the chambers are a touch rough, not enough to cause any extraction problems, just not as slick as some others. All in all, I'm well pleased with the barrels, and am probably ordering another in 243 soon.
