Is this as simple as buying a bolt? I have a Remington 700 Chambered in .223 and was thinking about doing the RemAge barrel swap and going to a 6BR but the bolt face has stopped me for buying the barrel. I was thinking the bolt was "fitted" to the action but a buddy told me nope just buy the .308 bolt and set the headspace, is it that simple?

did just the opposite when I was adding another caliber to my switch barrel rifle, 308 to 223 bolt face, set the head space, no issues at all.
