7 SAUM 184gr Berger load help needed

Hi Guys,
I'm trying to get my 29" 1:8 twist 7 SAUM to shoot Berger's 184gr F Open. I use Norma cases that I neck turn and have access to H4831sc, N560, N565, N570 and Retumbo with either CCI 250 or BR2 primers. My freebore is 0,230".
58,6gr H4831sc gives me 2900 fps and I tried seating depth from 0,020" to 0,005" with mediocre results.
Retumbo looked promising at 63.2gr for 2940 fps but pierced primers when the temp went up 50F but gave me 2/3 hits at a mile.
I really need some help with this one. Any thoughts?

That's what I thought. Any idea where I should be in terms of speed? Somewhere between 2860-2880 fps?

Are you using H4831sc with 1:8 twist barrel Terry?

That's typical with H4831... It almost always shoots best slowed down.

I’m very happy with 184s in the saum under a very stiff charge of H4831sc.

I run mine with .235 FB and have a 24" and 28" barrel. I have done quite a bit of playing around with them in my 7 SAUM. I have used RL23 and H1000. Both had nodes around the same speed and H1000 was a tad bit more accurate. 24" barrel ran 2900 on the nose and shoots good. 2980 for the 28" ADG brass and believe it or not Fed 215 primers worked the best. First time they have beat out CCI 250's in quite a few rifles. .003 in, and .034 off has shot well. .034 off has been the most consistent and accurate. I am going to kill some deer with them next week and will report back with my findings.

8 twist is interesting. Aren’t most running 8.5/9 twist. Might be too fast of twist. Causing little bit of results possibly?

I would be trying AR2209 (H4350) and look for a node somewhere between 2900 and 2950fps

I shoot the 184s out of a 28.5” 8.5-twist with H4350. 2880 fps is where mine shoots really good.

I'm developing a load in my 7saum 1-8T with H4350 with the 184 hybrids, found an interesting speed that averaged 2927fps with an SD of 3.5 for 6 shots so a few more shots to really determine if it's the right load. Jumped 10 thou. I'm using Bergers as the barrel didn't appear to like 183 Sierras
