That's a fact Jack! I've ridden Cannondale bicycles for years, they are art. Only frame I'd put above them is my Merlin Titanium road bike.

I had one of the very 1st Merlin road bicycles. 1991. beautiful welds. pressed in sealed bearings in the bottom bracket. gave it to a buddy 5 yrs ago & got a carbon bike.
world of difference, both good.

Were the clutch, throttle and brake assemblies fixed. I.E. could not rotate to suit?
This was the era I road dirt. I remember the phrase: Trick as a brick being laid on the CZs. Are they still viable? Abr 45 yrs since I hung up my Trelleborg.
