This really happened. We have a robotic floor sweeper and it runs on a timer. We were out when our cat got sick, had diarrhea, and evidently couldn't make it to the garage and his litter pan. This sweeper found it of course, vacuumed it up coating the brushes and spread it all over the house. It was on all hard floors but the bedrooms with carpet were closed. When we came home and opened the door, the smell about knocked us down. We had to open all the windows and mop all the floors. The robot was put in the garage and about a week later when it aired out, got cleaned with new brushes installed.
