V3 Auto Trickler Released!

Please tell me about the lighting you have incorporated in the FX-120i

Hey Jeff sure , I had a spare one of these ( https://inlinefabrication.com/collections/lighting/products/2-led-strip-ceiling-kit ) lying about that I never got round to using on a press, that kit has a short and a long LED light in it inline sell additional long lights ( https://inlinefabrication.com/collections/lighting/products/extra-led-pigtails ) . They fix with doublesided tape make sure that you leave enough space between the top of the LED and the cover lid - also you will have to cut a slot on the side before you fix the strip on - use your best rotary tool and some masking tape and a steady hand see the pics below - as an upgrade the lighting really helped me YMMV.

This morning, I find myself crushed, with my hopes dashed.

You see, I did not get an email from Adam informing me that my order had shipped on 7/10 as indicated by his published shipping schedule. Last week, we had some people who were on the 7/3 shipment announce they had received the sipping notice, on 7/3. This week is my turn (7/10,) and nothing. Not a peep. Am I the only one in this quandary or are the others who were on the 7/10 shipment schedule not get their notice either?

My hopes are dashed, ground to a pulp under the cruel heel of disappointment. My life has no meaning anymore since they didn't ship my V3 upgrade as promised. Alas poor Yorick, I knew him, Horatio; a fellow of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy. But no V3.

(with apologies to William S.)

But seriously, did anyone receive a shipment notice from the 7/10 release?

Also, we have an idea of the population size, at one place on Adam's site, he mentions reaching the 5,000 mark in units sold. So if we think 20% of the existing population are maniacs like us who absolutely, positively need to stay at the fine point of his technology, that represents over 1,000 units just to catch up with the initial onslaught of demand. So maybe 200 per week? That would keep a small outfit very busy.

We return you to your regularly scheduled program and let's see some more pictures of LEDs and covers.

Nice work. Did you cut all the holes with a Dremel?

Thanks so much. I am an Inline customer and I have been meaning to order some of those. I guess it's time. Thje lighting looks greatr in your photo. My old eyes need as much help as they can get!

I should think he shot the holes with a 20mm rifle. ;)
LOL well a 3/4" hole saw ... American size like it should be and a Dremmel cut off wheel for the long cuts on the front .... use masking tape on both sides or it will crack, high speed and go slow that shit is brittle

@Jeff A it really makes a difference - like you my Steve Wonder'esk close up vision is pathetic - now every single grain is visible !! (with minimal effect on the scale from aircon/ old man breathing etc)

Does everyone setup the A&D with the trickier on the side and the opening on the front for inserting/removing the cup?

I have the right hand side wind screen removed. The trickler is inserted at an angle from the far side and the cup is inserted/removed from the the front side. With only one screen removed it helps with the old man heavy breathing syndrome.

Facing the FX-120i, I trickle and take the cup in and out on the right side. Seems like the best solution for me as far as room drafts if the A/C or heater comes on when I'm working.

My trickler in the back, cup on the side, closed front so I can breathe without disturbing the scale. :D

So seeing everyone with these glorious devices, it is officially killing me on waiting for CE products to ship mine.

Has anyone else order from CEproducts? And how long have you been waiting so far?

Thanks in advance
Paul

I did, but I'm so far behind everyone else I won't see anything until mid August most likely. CE guys seem nice during our emails and one phone call.

I ordered the complete kit from CE on June 10 and try not to think about it, but it is hard to read this thread without getting excited about a delivery date ... guessing it’s going to be a while, but the days keep clicking off like minutes.... I’ve made it through 30+ years of reloading so far without it.... what’s another couple of weeks? Game changer I hope!

Btw- anyone hearing anything about shotmarker lead times? Ordered same day.
