Back to the OP. Pillar/epoxy bedding isn't rocket science. Watch some YouTube videos and have at it. Materials cost will be $60 or less, even if you use a kit. I do mine with JB Weld and homemade aluminum pillars -- total cost about $15. There is absolutely no reason to pay someone to do this.
A glue-in isn't really suitable for your action. Actions meant to be glued in have trigger hangers so that the trigger can be removed without ungluing the action (or, if very old-school, holes drilled in the stock so the trigger pins can be driven out without ungluing the action).
Here's a Rem 700 ADL that I just did for a buddy of mine. There's a pillar just below the tang, which you can't see in this photo. I place the pillars below the bedding surface so that there is a thin layer of epoxy over the pillars (as well as under the tang and receiver). I drill the holes for the pillars with a piloted counterbore, but there are other ways to do it.
