These are my buddies bullets. He got them in a trade. He lives in Virginia

Don Gentner made some 65 BT’s
They were pretty high quality as I recall. I wouldn’t have a clue, but throw this in to the conversation...

here you go definitely not a bishop see att. bt on Del's bt was/is .058 you can also see where 5 rad. junctions about 3/16 from meplat del bishop 1.JPG del bishop2.JPG del bishop2.JPG del bishop 1.JPG del bishop2.JPG

they look like an 7 or 8S ogive design, not fully pointed up. Cut the top off one bullet, see if there is a small indention in the top of the lead column. If there is a small indention in the top of the lead core, then my suspicion is correct. Normally, the knock out pin contacts the top of the point, but if you do not fully point up, you can cut a longer knock out pin and have the pin contact the top of the lead to push the bullet out of the point up die.

I made a butt load of these after I quit shooting benchrest, never sold any. The larger hp was used for two things:

a. they would not go through a coyote, making for a fur friendly
b. they would blow a p. dog and jack rabbit 25-30 yards, and simply
detonate ground squirrels

There is a guy in N. Dakota that is making a bullet similar to this bullet...fur friendly, not blowing up those Silver Belly coyotes in Montana. I do not have his name, friend in Mn was telling me about them.
