Cleaning Panda action

What is the best cleaning product and method for the bolt rails and bolt on the Panda actions. Starting to develop some discoloration and stickiness.

i clean everything with C4, then a wipe down with brake cleaner. Green grease from Kelbly's on the face of the lugs and cocking cam, Hobo oil on the raceways and bolt body. Bolts run slicker than a greased minnow.

Dapper Dan Pomade. It'll slick it right up.
