		Just kind of kicking an idea around... I've got a Krieger .300WM barrel (25" heavy Palma 10 tw) with very low round count.  Never was that excited about the whole 'belted magnum' thing; more so now that better non-belted options are available.
I'm considering having the existing barrel re-chambered, knowing that barrel life isn't going to be the same as if it were new, rather than trying to sell a (lightly) used .300WM barrel. Figure I'll get my feet wet, and play around a bit while I order the barrel I really want.
Yes, the action I'm planning on using takes CIP mags, so OAL is not an issue
Any *mechanical* reasons why this (rechambering from one to the other) wouldn't work?
