Thanks. I am hoping to trade it for an accuracy type rifle....if I can find one of the same value that is for sale.Accuracy wise it’s your basic squirrel rifle, the few that have sold in recent years seem to be around $1500-$1750 in new/as new shape.
I may be willing to trade for a target rifle like a Rem. 37 that I saw on Benchrest Central.Unless you are leaning toward a BR rig, you should be right in the sweetspot for a low milage Cooper 57 or Anschutz.
Accuracy is phenomenal in my estimation. I bought mine used with a Leupold scope mounted for $1200. The first day out I just grabbed the first box of ammo in the closet which happened to be TAC-22. It took 9-10 shots to get it sighted in and then I got this~! I was pleased~!View attachment 1097398 I will inherit a Winchester (Miroku) 1885 High grade Low Wall .22LR. I don't know anything about this rifle except it is a beautiful rifle. Can anyone shed any light about possible accuracy and maybe approximate value. Thanks

Nothin special in accuracy~? Yours must have slipped thru the cracks. I have 3 Miroku built 1885s, two of which I've shot, and both are far above average in accuracyI have one i squirrel hunt with. Kind of heavy since i am getting older,,paid 1200 5 years ago new in box. Fun rifle if you like single shots.(i do)
Nothing special in accuracy department. Minute of squirrel head every time though.
I hope my modern Low Wall 17HMR, will shoot like that. WOWNothin special in accuracy~? Yours must have slipped thru the cracks. I have 3 Miroku built 1885s, two of which I've shot, and both are far above average in accuracy
