Trying to ID modern Win 1885 Serial #0000EF1xxx in 22LR

Was told this rifle was built in 1999 and is one of 2400 limited edition Winchester 1885 in 22LR. I can not find any info connected to this serial number. Anyone know about this rifle or how I can locate information regarding its history? Thanks in advance.

Single shot lever action falling block action. They are very accurate out of the box. Still made today.
