In ISSF events, the mats are part of the range firing point equipment. Though you can use your own, provided it passes equipment control, most do not.

It is good to see any country supporting the shooting sports.

Why does India not have a Palma team. With such a large pool of potential shooters and a military history (Sikh) one would think that they could some with a competetive team?
