Seems like bullet too fat for hole lol.

Sure those are the right bullets?
Did necks get sized down too much? Maybe took the expander out of sizing die?
My best guess...the little cone shaped piece in the lee seater is all cocked up in there. Not floating around like it's supposed to. Unscrew top and check it out.

Right bullets, good chamfer, flat base bullets
I unscrewed top , there is a rod with concave end pointing down

I suspect the bullet toppled to the side as you raised it into the seating die. It's happened to me even with boat tails . . . if the bullet is kind of resting on the case mouth, a slight motion can dislodge it and it can start into the die almost side-on.

Like the others have said the combo of flat base and maybe that lee sizer is leaving you a pretty tight hole so even a degree off is over stressing the brass before bullet starts to slide. Measure the neck of a sized case and then of a loaded case of a bullet that will seat. That will give you an idea of how tight your hole is

Thanks, would maybe a higher quality die help? Not knocking Lee, i was just wondering?

If tight hole is the problem...say like .005 thou ( difference between sized case neck and loaded case neck) or more it's not necessarily a quality issue, just the diameter of the expander ball in the Lee die. I guess it would be a quality issue if that's not what they were going for. Measure and report back if u can.
