Edgewood Twisted/Offset Ear Rear Bag

Just wondering what you guys thoughts are about Edgewood’s offset and twisted ear bags? They lost as an option that you can have the ears offset so that your hand has more space to rest on the bag. Or, you can order the “Twisted Gater” bag that is actually offset.

I like having the space on the bag to rest my trigger hand. I have not seen any reviews on these options. Is there some problem with them?
From Edgewood:
Option: Sewing the ears onto the bag top with a slight twist kicks the front of the bag toward the hand for more handrest area. If you'd like your ears put on with a twist, please specify this in the comments section during checkout, and if you are right- or left-handed. There is no charge for this option.”

These are both twisted ears with different ear materials.

Here's my question...
If a 6 br weighing 16 lbs only has around 7 lbs of felt recoil, why do we need 20 lb rear bags??

I've got a SEB and love it. I wouldn't be opposed to an Edgewood but I'd be very opposed to going back to a straight bag. The hand rest is sweet IMHO.

I could have asked why would (I)
Need one?

No I don't own a 20 lb rear bag.

If you want one that's fine, each to there own.

I had one in the past, liked it a lot, but it is a load to tote around. Ended up going back to a smaller bag when I needed a new one with wider ear spacing.
