The Vudoo Gun Works V-22 hadn't reached the market when the OP put this question up, but it's pretty much the king of the hill now among 22RF repeaters. It has the same footprint as a SA M700, so fits in any stock or chassis that will accept a SA 700, accepts any of the triggers that will work with a 700, as well as any detachable mag bottom metal designed to accept AICS mags.
I built myself a 22RF trainer/precision rifle on a Stiller 2500XR with a Krieger bbl a couple of years before the V-22 hit the market, and found it to be a good shooter, ran slick, and had reliable feeding, extraction, & ejection. But - and this is a big BUT if you're shooting precision rifle matches under time constraints - it was awkward to perform mag changes. After I became aware of Mike Bush's cnc program for the cut in the bottom of a 40X single shot action to accept his 10rd mags that mimic the size & shape of AICS 10rd 308 mags, I sent a beat-up CMP 40X action off to Jonathan Elrod in Denver, N.C., to have the repeater conversion done, then fitted & chambered a Benchmark 3-groove bbl, added a Jewell HVR trigger & 20 MOA scope rail, mounted an Athlon Cronus 4.5-29x56 ffp mil scope, and began to really enjoy shooting 22RF matches. Liked the 40X so much that I sent another action - this one a CMP 40XB - off to Jonathon and had him do the conversion on it. Then sold the Stiller to a friend & customer. when the V-22 arrived on the scene, I just had to have an action to build another rifle on. This rifle is a little slicker than the Stiller or either one of my 40Xs, though accuracy's about the same on all three.
Another friend & customer saw my 22RF repeaters at our club's gun show last Feb, and started saving for one not long after. He called this past September to ask me to build one like mine, only in a McMillan A5 stock instead of the Manners T4A on mine. He wanted a rifle that looked & felt like the M700 in 6x47 Lapua I'd sold him a few years previously, so the V-22 was the obvious route to get him where he wanted to be. However, VGW didn't have any actions to sell at that time, but could get me a bbl'd action out in 8 weeks, so that's the way we went. Paul & Jay hit their 8 week estimate to the day, and though we're still waiting on the McMillan stock to arrive, my friend had an H-S Precision OEM stock from a M700 Varmint Synthetic, and the V-22 fit perfectly with its 22" Kukri bbl. So he drove out, we put it together, and took it out to do some shooting & to get his new Athlon Cronus scope zero'd early that afternoon. I think he was pretty happy - drive out, hand me his old stock, watch me put a TT Diamond trigger in his new action, then torque the action screws down in the H-S stock, mount the scope, and go shoot. He's been very pleased with his V-22 - he's an old CF point-blank BR shooter, so accuracy is not just important to him - it's an absolute necessity. The Bartlein VGW used on his action is a very good shooter, and his action runs as slick & trouble-free as could be.
