Anyone used the typewriter stencils for electro etching?

How did they work out?
I am looking for a cleaner way to mark the handful of barrels I do for myself a year.
Where is least expensive place to get them?
Anyone have a few they could spare for a nominal fee.
Advice on the elecrolite itself is also needed.

I'm not sure we're talking about the same thing but you mean the stencils made on vinyl printers?
I use them all the time on Ak selector marks.
There's a guy on eBay and gun broker that goes by thors hammer that I think dies custom ones.
A small electronics charger with alligator clips added to the wire and a heavy salt water solution.
Cotton makeup type pad.

There is a stencil material that you type onto with a typewriter then use for electroetch
I am hoping to use on the hopes its the most cost effective.

Their electrolyte is worth it if you want quality etching.

If its for yourself just use a brother label maker. I have a new hermes but still mark my br barrels with a label
