Loading for the 223 Remington and .223 Ackley Improved

I've been tinkering with a 8 twist .223 and a 7.5 twist .223 Ackley, loading 75 grain Amax and 77 grain Nosler custom competition in the standard .223, and thus far just the 77CC in the Ackley Improved. Current powders of choice are varget and xbr8208. Some friends with long throated versions are running quite a bit hotter loads then me. My firing pins have not been bushed. That being said, what does quickload give for a range with these powders. I am using RP7.5 and federal 205 primers and do have other powders available. Thanks for your input/suggestions.
