Right on the money,all depends on the skill of the shooter and how well the gun shoots . In my opinion if the shooter does not feel confident in his rifle to weigh charges it is a colossal waste of time shooting the thing .Weighing charges helps get better accuracy in any rifle by reducing velocity spread. Whether or not one can tell the difference is something else.
