2018 Score BR nationals Ashe Co., NC article

Great article. Had no idea that facility was in my state. I plan on shooting some or all of those matches next year. Question, some of those guns dont look like they would make weight in the VFS category, 13.5#'s. Did they have a weigh in at that match?

Looking at the equipment list shows a lot of Roy Hunter and Dixie stocks
I’d say these guys know what they are doing and have built with the best equipment a lot of Goodling guns

American Barrel Company is a small shop that has produced 5 national IBS & UBR championships in the past two years.
Richard Sissel has also just broken two IBS score records with an ABC barrel.
100/200 yard agg 500 44X's
200 yard score 250 21X's
The word is that these records have now been confirmed.

I don't have a website because I have allowed the quality of my barrels to advertise for me.


These barrels are produced on the most modern equipment available and I go out of my way to lap them to perfection.

I know one gun that was in the equipment list that was NOT a 30BR. Seemed like they wanted to promote the 30BR instead of listing what people used. See the thread running a few days ago about “improved” cases.

I mostly make benchrest barrels and target barrels. I do not make any hunting calibers or sporter contours.

It's for certain nobody works harder than Anthony to produce a good barrel. And I'm not sure anyone make s batter barrel at this time. I know the ones I have are the best barrels I've shot.
