I see several places had them but "out of stock" have you contacted Numric or classic firearms and parts and see if and when they will receive stock ?
Never heard of a Ruger 10-44....but a Ruger "Deerstalker" Carbine I know very well.
eBay has a stock, usually every week there's one.
