I missed the second picture of the barrels. Friend emailed it to me.

I suppose that one could be set up that way - as a switch-barrel gun, but I would expect it to be a one-off, very expensive custom proposition, made by one of the BIG-NAME revolversmiths (Bowen, Clements, Harton, Linebaugh, etc.). Anything less, and I would run, not walk, away.

I may or may not have one from detonics with 4 matched 45cal cylinders- acp, lc, 451detonics and 460 rowland (which the rowland was added by ahearn in the 90’s).

That is true. I do know there were different frame sizes so not sure how it would work anyway.
All of the full-size New Models are on the same frame. The new flattops (and New Vaqueros) are on a medium frame. Everything except the Hunter models have the same thread diameter and pitch for the barrels.

I have seen this once before, or something similar.
Once one knows the dimensions of the frame window you fit the cylinder and barrels to it, along with timing.
Not saying cheap or easy, but it could be done.
Why, only the guy that wanted it can answer that.
