Well you guys have your fun. Funny thing happened to me two years ago. I bought myself a Ruger PRP in 6.5 Creedmoor. Now I don't claim to be able to shoot a gnats eye at 1,000 yards, but I have shot a few 1 hole groups at 100 yards. Not as good as my 6 PPC I will admit but for a factory gun I was getting a lot of very tight groups the first time out with factory ammo. Now it got a lot better once I developed a load for it.

I wonder if those of you who have such disdain for the Creedmoor have ever really shot one.

No, it's not the greatest thing since sliced bread. But it's right there alongside apple pie.

LOL, it's actually true that I came over here when their site was down, but I've been a member here for years.

Accuracy is intriguing and I'm not above learning from more experienced shooters, that's for sure!

Besides, lol, I'm getting old and it won't be long before I might have to warm up to more sedate shooting sports.

I actually bought a 6mmBR barrel and it has just short of 300 rounds on it so I might even almost fit in.

And I never bought anything Creedmoor so I'm somewhat safe here I think.

Why not just bash Snipers hide guys? I will admit that before I knew that this forum existed I went to the hide regularly. I had just about had it with the stupid stuff then some guy makes a post about bullets set out to touch the lands and some neoub posts a picture of a 6BR with a vld bullet that looks as if it is just barley in the neck. He says I don't know why they do this but I want to load mine this way cause they really look COOL. I thought about all the crap like that I had to read through to get some good stuff every now and then. That was the day I joined this forum.

I like reading the goofy posts, they are on every forum BTW. Though a place like SH attracts those goofs like fly's on sh!t, I will fully admit.
Then comes the dog pile, which is fun to watch too.

But don't throw out the baby with the bathwater, there's plenty to be learned.

Respect is earned, not given. If someone has achieved great scores, great groups, or brought to the shooting community amazing feats of marksmanship no matter their type of shooting sport, then I admire them hugely and so should we all.
